The key to success

New plant
  1. Using a hand weeder, add fertilizer to potting soil to a depth of 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 in).
  2. Proceed with planting.
  3. Water generously.
  4. Close you eyes and listen to the birds sing.
New plant – for container

Sprinkle fertilizer around plants and lightly mix with surface soil.

Maintenance

Reapply every 4 weeks (May, June, July, August).

Add compost before planting.
